A near-new Ferrari F50 topped the sale held by Broad Arrow on 31 October 2026 at Wynn Las Vegas. Sold for 18,705,000 dollars, buyer’s premium included, it becomes the most expensive F50 ever sold at auction, although it fell short of the estimate published by the auction house. A Ferrari Daytona SP3 finished just 165,000 dollars behind.

92.8 million dollars in a single day

This one-day sale was Broad Arrow’s second as partner of the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas. With Thomas Forrester on the rostrum, 64 of 84 lots found buyers, a 76% sell-through rate, for a total of 92.8 million dollars. According to Broad Arrow, it is the highest-grossing collector car auction ever held in Las Vegas. All prices quoted here include the buyer’s premium: 12% on the first 250,000 dollars of the hammer price, then 10% above that.

A record F50, yet below its estimate

Lot 139, the 1997 F50 (chassis 107165), is the 334th of the 349 cars built. The hammer fell at 17,000,000 dollars to a bidder in the room, or 18,705,000 dollars once the buyer’s premium was added. Broad Arrow puts the price more than 4 million dollars above the model’s previous world auction record, without naming that sale. Yet the estimate published before the sale was over 20 million dollars: the model record was therefore set below the auction house’s expectations.

Why was this F50 worth so much?

It shows 106 miles, about 171 kilometres. Delivered new by Maranello Sales Ltd in Egham, Surrey, it is one of around 25 F50s delivered to the United Kingdom. Finished in Rosso Corsa with Nero leather and Rosso inserts, it has the 4.7-litre V12 derived from the 1990 Formula One engine, producing 520 PS, and a six-speed gated manual gearbox. It came with its factory accessories: hard top and its case, J.P. Tod’s shoes, a three-piece Schedoni luggage set, tool kit and car covers.

Daytona SP3: just 165,000 dollars behind

Lot 186, the 2025 Daytona SP3, the second model in the Icona series (600 cars according to Broad Arrow), was offered by its first owner with 81 miles listed in the catalogue. Finished in Tailor Made Verde Francesca with a two-tone Alcantara Nero and Aunde Jeans Mustard interior, it sparked a long bidding battle between the room and the phones. Sold for 18,540,000 dollars, buyer’s premium included, or 16.85 million at the hammer, at the top end of its 16 to 18 million dollar estimate, it sets the world auction record for a Daytona SP3, charity sales excepted.

Ten records, model by model

Broad Arrow claims ten world auction records. These are records for each model, not all-time auction records: besides the F50 and the Daytona SP3, they cover the LaFerrari, the McLaren P1 GTR by Lanzante, a Ferrari 488 Pista ($1,297,500), a Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0, a Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet, a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster, a Dodge Viper GTS-R ACR and a Ferrari 488 GTB ($390,000). For perspective, the Ferrari 250 GTO records, from 38 to 51.7 million dollars, remain well out of reach.

Next stops: Zurich, Paris and Amelia Island

Broad Arrow will hold a sale in Zurich on 7 November 2026, then its first Paris auction on 3 February 2027, during Rétromobile, before Amelia Island on 5 and 6 March 2027. Among modern Ferraris, a 499P Modificata estimated at more than 8 million dollars is also awaiting bidders.
