The Signia Hilton Indianapolis has officially unveiled the outlines of its ambitious dining programme ahead of its opening scheduled for the end of 2026. Connected by a skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center and the Lucas Oil Stadium, the 803-room hotel aims to become the city’s new epicurean benchmark. Under the leadership of Dwayne Krisko, executive chef with an international background, and Kyle Wright, food and beverage director, the establishment offers an immersion into local culture through seven distinct venues.

This announcement marks a decisive step for the hospitality landscape of Indiana’s capital. By offering concepts designed for both business travellers and local residents, the project is part of the dynamic renewal of downtown Indianapolis. The direct connection to the city’s major infrastructure strategically positions this future flagship of upscale hospitality. The combined expertise of the culinary leadership promises to elevate the region’s service standards by blending international technical rigour with Midwest authenticity.

Torchlight: a spectacular rooftop on the 38th floor

An exceptional panorama at the summit

Reigning at the top of the tower, Torchlight stands out as the establishment’s flagship venue. This two-level mixology lounge takes its name from the torch featured on the Indiana flag. The cocktail menu, developed in collaboration with expert Devon Tarby (Death & Co), highlights rare spirits and narrative creations. With its outdoor terrace and panoramic views, the space is designed to transition from an elegant sunset meeting spot to a more intense nocturnal celebration atmosphere.

The design of this space suspended between sky and earth received meticulous attention to ensure an atmosphere that is both intimate and dynamic. Connoisseurs of high-end cocktails can discover advanced preparation techniques, where each creation tells a story linked to the historical and geographical heritage of the region. The involvement of Devon Tarby brings an essential technical signature to make this venue a must-visit address on the American nightlife scene. The two levels of the lounge allow for separate atmospheres, offering intimate corners for confidential conversations as well as livelier areas facing the city panorama.

Rosewater’s and Heartwood: between terroir and elegance

The atrium at the heart of social life

At the heart of the atrium, Rosewater’s acts as a social hub. This lobby bar, opening onto the Georgia Street promenade, offers a refined selection of regional corn-based spirits, paying tribute to the agricultural roots of the Midwest. Nearby, the Heartwood restaurant takes inspiration from the sycamore to offer modern American cuisine. Heartwood will first open for breakfast and lunch before offering full all-day service from spring 2027, focusing on carefully sourced ingredients and a contemporary supper club atmosphere.

The placement of these two spaces on the ground floor aims to create a natural connection with the urban excitement of Indianapolis. By opening directly to the outside, Rosewater’s invites passersby on Georgia Street to step inside the hotel and settle into an elegant setting where the art of local distillation is showcased. The promotion of Midwest grain spirits is part of an approach to preserve and celebrate regional expertise. On the Heartwood side, the gradual transition of the culinary offering between late 2026 and spring 2027 ensures perfect preparation for the kitchen teams. The menu will highlight the richness of the surrounding fertile plains, reinterpreting great classics of American gastronomy with contemporary technical skill and refined presentation.

Slipstream and Deck on 5: dynamism and escape

An offering adapted to urban life

To meet the pace of travellers, Slipstream combines a specialty coffee shop, an espresso bar, and an upscale market. Its design evokes the automotive heritage of Indianapolis, offering a polished stop for quality grab-and-go options. In contrast to this bustle, Deck on 5 offers an urban resort experience. This terrace with a seasonal pool, complete with private cabanas, offers an outdoor escape with city views, ideal for private receptions or a relaxing break between work sessions.

The aesthetic of Slipstream pays a subtle tribute to the culture of speed and mechanical precision for which the city is world-famous. Busy guests or convention attendees between meetings will find hot drinks meticulously prepared by experienced baristas, as well as a high-end fast-food offering that sacrifices nothing in terms of ingredient quality. For those with more time, Deck on 5 represents the perfect alternative to unwind. Located on the fifth level of the building, this outdoor space reinvents the codes of urban relaxation. The private cabanas offer shaded and exclusive spaces, perfect for extending professional discussions in a relaxed setting or for enjoying refreshing cocktails and light snacks by the water during the summer season.

Club Signia and event excellence

The exclusivity of Club Signia

The premium experience is completed by Club Signia, an exclusive lounge inspired by private members’ clubs, offering dedicated service and refined culinary presentations throughout the day. At the same time, the hotel deploys its vision across nearly 100,000 square feet of reception spaces. The Modern Indiana Table collection celebrates local artisans, from dairies to state distilleries, through interactive experiences like “Cocktail Labs” or themed buffets inspired by the Indiana State Fair.

Club Signia caters to a demanding clientele seeking discretion and personalised services. This sanctuary within the hotel offers an evolving culinary selection, ranging from gourmet breakfasts to late-day tastings, orchestrated with the rigour of a luxury concierge service. As for the event dimension of the complex, it redefines the hosting of large gatherings by breaking away from the uniform standards of traditional banquets. The more than 9,300 square metres of spaces dedicated to seminars and celebrations become true showcases for the local terroir. Through the “Modern Indiana Table” collection, each event is transformed into a journey of discovery where participants can engage with local producers or take part in creative mixology workshops, thereby anchoring each meeting in the cultural and gastronomic reality of Indiana.
